After ten years in its current location, the Citrus Campus is at capacity for its evening classes.  New demands in the county require an expanded mission to address these needs and Central Florida Community College must take the next step to enhance the campus and to better serve Citrus County.

Based on a campus master plan completed in 2006, a new facility for the Citrus Campus is planned. The building will serve the growing need for additional classrooms and laboratories and provide an array of student support services and community meeting facilities.  This new signature building will also include space to assist the business community with specialized training and services.

New Facility Uses:

• Seven additional fully equipped, multi-purpose classrooms
• Exhibit style conference and reception space for 200
• State-of-the-art science and technology labs
• One-stop comprehensive student and information center
• Corporate training support suite
• Video and teleconferencing technology for community conference and meeting rooms
• Full-service catering kitchen
